Title: Transformation
Description: Zenith and Raven

Draco - February 27, 2007 01:37 AM (GMT)
Night had fallen on the Taurai Woods. Clouds filled the sky, with a few clear spaces where moonlight shone through. Seated in front of a pitiful fire, Draco rested lightly, leaning his back against the truck of a broad tree. Over the fire was the carcass of a young hare that he had managed to catch just before stopping. For him, it was a pleasent surprise, he had been expecting to go to sleep hungry that night. Still, he wasn't about to decline an offer of food, even if it wasn't much. With a small sigh, Draco ran his fingers through his curly hair, wondering what he thought he was doing there. It had been a few weeks since he remembered waking up in the grasslands with no memory. He had met an interesting woman named Ploay, but that was the last thing he remembered. Everything before that day was blank, covered by a fog that filled his mind. All in all, it had been a frustrating few weeks.

Moving his hand slightly to the left, he let it run over the two weapons that he had with him. He knew how to use them effectively, and he had spent some time of every day training so that he would be a better fighter. Once he reached a town, that seemed the easiest way to make some money. The flamberge required both hands to weild it, but his smaller diamond blade could easily be used in one hand. Learning to fight effectively with both would take some time, but he had made a good start. Looking down at himself, Draco gave another sigh. He would need to get some new clothes soon. His pants had holes in the knees, and his shirt was becoming very ragged. At least his cloak was still mostly whole. Glancing up at the sky, Draco watched as the clouds slowly moved overhead. One of the breaks was coming towards him, he would be able to see the moon soon. It was the first night of the full moon, meaning that it should be quite a sight.

In a few seconds, the moon became visible, and Draco knew that something wasn't right. Something inside him lurched, as though he were being rearranged. He broke out in sweat, glancing down at his shaking hands, as he felt an intense pain spread throughout his entire body. The breath seemed squeezed from his lungs, or he would have been screaming from the pain. With a wild movement, he surged to his feet, unable to bear it any longer. Staring at his hands in horror, he watched as fur grew from them and his nails turned into claws. He felt his face extending as all of his senses heightened. The dark night seemed as bright as day and he could smell animals that had crossed this area hours ago. His ears picked up the slightest sound. Finally, the pain receded, and his transformation was complete. Breathing slowly, the werewolf that was Draco straightened, standing over 8 feet tall. Draco had a second to be horrified before the animal instincts took over and he thought no more. Inhaling deeply, the werewolf reared back, howling his challenge to the entire forest. It was time to hunt, let the prey try to avoid him if it could. Turning, the werewolf ran deeper into the forest, searching for it's prey.

Zenith Meria - March 2, 2007 11:02 AM (GMT)
Zenith Meria, the Arch Angel of Life, had travelled towards the mystical Taurai Woods. He had not been to this place in so very long, but knowing of the dangers that Arda held within it he was ready to defend himself. As usual the angel had his armour on, but on this day he only had two of his weapons with him. One was his blade known, as Salvations Judgement while the other was a strange looking whip known as a Vine Whip. Both weapons were indeed special to the angel and very helpful in combat but out of the two his weapon of choice would be Salvations Judgement since he had became a skilled swordsman using said blade. A large white cloak covered the basic form of the armoured angel on this night while a golden looking bird was perched upon his shoulder.

The golden bird was infact a Golden Harrier, a messenger of Life that stayed with Zenith Meria throughout most of his travels. Slowly opening his cloak fully up Zenith looked up towards the moonlit sky, the armour from under the cloak glimmering in the light from the moon above him. It was coming out in full and Zenith loved the sight before him, he had always liked the moon and even more so the full moon. The sheer glow being cast of off the spectacular moon even made the eyes of the angel light up somewhat, although the moon brought great joy to Zenith he was also aware of the dangers that came with it on certain beings within the world of Arda. As if on cue once these thoughts came to the mind of the Arch Angel of Life he heard a loud and powerful howl rip through the night air from where he was stood.

Hearing this Zenith instantly drew Salvations Judgement into his hand looking around for the cause of the howl but thus could not see a thing, whatever had made the howl must have been deeper within the woods. Now any normal person would just leave the woods at that point, but Zenith was different, he wanted to find exactly what the sound has come from and if it was infact some kind of were creature maybe the angel would be able to save the being in some way, anything would be worth a try to save an innocent life right?

With this in mind the angel set off into the woods, his white cloak falling onto the ground as he walked and being left behind. Now with his full set of Golden Resplendent Armour, including the cloak, shown Zenith knew he would be as easy target since the moon would reflect upon his armour. Even the bangles on his wrist were giving off a rather strange shine from the moons light but yet still looked remarkably beautiful. Curing his fingers around the hilt of Salvations Judgement tighter Zenith prepared himself for an attack just in case, it was only then that the woods around him began to grow darker and darker. Soon the angel let out a small sigh and made one of his spells blast into effect, the spell being Flame Blade. With this cast the blade of Salvations Judgement erupted in golden flames lighting the path for Zenith Meria through the forest, although he was careful not to set any of the magnificent trees a light.

It was within a matter of moments that Zenith seen a figure moving slightly in front of him, moving ever closer, while at the same time making sure to move as silently as he could, the angel seen the form of a Werewolf. His eyes opened wider at the sheer mass of the beast, sure Zenith had heard of these creatures before but this was the first one he had seen in the flesh. Not to sure of what to do the angel just waited, but as he waited Zenith made the Flame Blade spell placed on Salvations Judgement to dissipate. All that was left now was to wait.
