Kraken- A mystical sea creature large enough to take down ships. It has many tentacles but is eel like in appearance. It has the breath weapon of Lightining.

Raken- A cousin of the Dragon they are usualy meant as steeds as they have no breath weapon but are formidable opponets nun the less.

Mearas- These Horses are mystical type of Horse and are usualy the best of Steeds and are usualy considered the Lord of All Horses as any Horse that approaches them bows down no matter their alignment. They are usually ridden by Great Kings, Heroes, And sometimes a Deity.

Nope, actually a familiar suggestion thread is a good idea. :)

Minotaur: A half-bull, half-man warrior. Is fairly stupid, but has the intellect of a smart dog and can speak one language. Comes armed with a battle axe.

War Beast: A giant creature that walks on all fours. It is extremely muscular, with scaly skin and a pair of massive horns. These horns, along with claws and teeth, can be used as weapons. Can be used as a mount, and is strong enough to carry the burden of three riders, or two riders and a set of barding. Will grow into a Master War Beast in three months, real time.

War Beast Pup: A smaller, younger version of the War Beast. This young one's horns are not long enough to be used as weapons yet. It can only bear the burden of one rider, and cannot be equipped with barding. Will grow into a War Beast in two months, real time.

Master War Beast: A much larger and stronger version of the War Beast. Rivals the size of an Elder Dragon or Ancient Cerberus. Has the strength to hold up to five riders, or four riders plus barding. These War Beast's horns are now huge, and can be used to attack several targets at once.

Alba Meria - February 9, 2007 10:34 PM (GMT)
Chocobo - A riding bird that has amazing speed. Can be various different colours.

Didn't I already tell you we're adding one? :p If you already know I'm working on something, don't post a suggestion about it.

Also, a kraken has been suggested before but we won't be adding one. It's too powerful for someone to own, and it's no practical to try and keep one anyhow.

I don't have any other comments yet. =]

Raken sounds like a Wyvern which we do have.

Also Minotaurs are humanoids, so it would be better for them to be "Mercenaries for Hire." Probably give them an axe price about 400 Gold.

Alba Meria - February 10, 2007 03:10 PM (GMT)
Steed of Chaos: A warhorse tainted by the powers of chaos. It is stronger than a normal warhorse and is also constantly under the spell Blur.

Dark Wraith - February 10, 2007 03:14 PM (GMT)
Whisps: This flock of tiny whisps appears to most as a small, black cloud of moving dust. However, it is actually thousands of tiny spirits that have the ability to pull pranks on the living. You can command them to steal things or play practical jokes on people. Mostly for entertainment purposes, but could be used to disarm an unsavvy opponent.

Lothlómendil - February 10, 2007 07:21 PM (GMT)
We already have wisps but they don't do that, they're just cloud-like familiars.

If you're going to suggest familiars, please have them be totally new animals, not animals we already have but with a twist. :)

Dark Wraith - February 10, 2007 07:37 PM (GMT)
Sorry. ^_^;

Mage Monster: A large, wolf-like creature with blue or purple fur. This creature has a powerful breath weapon similar to the Holy spell, and it's eyes shoot out powerful arcane beams similar to the Enervation spell. Also comes equipped with the Magic Missile spell.

Chariot: A simple chariot that rides on two wheels and is drawn by two horses. These are pack animals, and thus this is not suited for fighting purposes. Makes travelling much faster and without the pain of saddle sores.

War Chariot: A huge, heavily armored chariot. It has spikes on the outside and a gate on the back to prevent boarding, and the front has a shiled-like curve to protect against arrows. The wheels are metal-clad. This is drawn by two huge war bears, each with a set of barding. These bears can claw and bite at your opponents if set loose, but cannot attack while pulling the chariot. Does not travel as fast as a normal chariot, but is great to ride into battle.

Flying Chariot: A War Chariot that is magically altered for flight. It is drawn by two small but powerful dragons. These dragons have no breath weapon, but will bite and claw your enemies if set loose. They will not attack while drawing the chariot. Great for fast travel or to ride to war. For every five hours of flying, the chariot must spend one hour on the ground in order to rest the dragons.

Saral - February 10, 2007 11:07 PM (GMT)
Wyrm-A large cousin of the dragon, has no breath weapon or limbs but a very powerful body and several rows of sharp teeth. Can burrow underground with ease but tends to live above ground. As smart as an ape and can be used as a mount.

Original Sin - February 10, 2007 11:16 PM (GMT)
We have wyrms. :ermm: Also I think chariots are a great idea, but this is for familiars.

Dark Wraith - February 11, 2007 01:15 AM (GMT)
Well, I thought the chariots would fall under familiars, since it's like familiars with really pwnage accessories.

Daemon: This familiar has one preffered form, typically a fairly begnine animal. It follows the caster everywhere and is very loyal. However, when it's master is in trouble, it will shift into an incredibly powerful beast of war. This shifted form will be a larger version of the normal form, tripled in size with huge teeth and talons. Can be any animal.

Arthur Pendragon - February 12, 2007 09:09 PM (GMT)
I got another one

SHort- Tailed Gar- These vicious animals have green eyes and are carnivourous, the SHort Tailed are the smartest and Hunt by Blood Flies they always count them after feasting. They are very loyal to their masters.

Roleun - February 12, 2007 10:14 PM (GMT)
Er, I have one.

Neoshadow -- This mindless being is a construct of shadows. When out of battle, Neoshadow tends to flatten itself to the ground so it can hide in its master's shadow. Neoshadow has sharp claws when fighting, and comes with the Fear and Vampiric Touch spells. Neoshadows are eternally loyal to their masters, but will only take a master of evil alignment.

Dark Wraith - February 12, 2007 10:20 PM (GMT)
Flare: A tiny imp made completely out of fire. It will bite and scratch, and often set things on fire. It normally walks on all fours behind it's master, and is eternally loyal.

William Drown - February 12, 2007 10:21 PM (GMT)
Ooooo how about a: FAIRY lol. Maybe some girls... Or guys  would like a little fairy which flys around their head and sits on their shoulder all day. Fairys are useless in battle but can use the minor heal spell... Lol just a radom thought... Do we already have them?

Silvexian - February 13, 2007 01:34 PM (GMT)
Neo Edge - A wolf that has been tainted with darkness that can use Fear and a lot of speed, but only a Chaotic Evil being will be able to stand a chance at taming one. They are very strong in battle, and also in magic, but they can't take a very strong hit without falling in battle.

Arthur Pendragon - February 27, 2007 02:04 PM (GMT)
Golem- A rock creature similar to that of a Rock Troll except with two heads it moves very slow but is very powerful. It will never move to far from land and hates water.

Dark Wraith - February 27, 2007 02:07 PM (GMT)
Meerkat: Furry little critters, they are loyal, cuddly, and make excellent pets. A favored animal of Lothlomendil and normally owned by her followers.

amedunk1 - April 20, 2007 09:35 PM (GMT)
Cave slug - a slug that is unuseabley big about the size of your hand, live on you and do nothing. they just look funny.

Sanul Rallos - April 21, 2007 02:10 AM (GMT)
Silverwing/Gray Wing-small miniscule dragons that are born no bigger than a human thumb. At their largest Silverwings have been known to grow to the size of a person's arm. They have a sleep breath weapon and are very good for recon and spy oriented works. Thier size allows them to access areas off limits to many beings and what they lack in size they make up in speed with hummingbird like speed. Concentrated doses of the sleep breath can knock out a person for 3-5 posts. Sleep breath over a number of posts lengthens the wait as well as the amount of sleep time. They have 4 silver/gray wings that flap constantly appearing lamsot invisible to an untrained eye.

amedunk1 - April 26, 2007 06:59 PM (GMT)
we need apet duck, they do nothing but they are cool so we need a duck.

Carol Oekie - April 26, 2007 07:35 PM (GMT)
A hippogriff! and/or hippocampus. And maybe a balrog! I know they are too powerful to be a regular familiar, but maybe they could go in Ita's shop or something...because they are pretty cool. B)

Ram- Just about as loyal of a mount as you can get. Being rather small, it was the favored mount of the Naugrim races for a very long time, because it could easily cross rocky and varying terrains, as well as the fact that it has two rather large horns, and will fight for its master. Heavily armored warriors would cause problems, but a Ram can carry any smaller races and fighters with no trouble at all.

Kazuo - October 1, 2007 08:56 PM (GMT)
I think it would be really cool if we could get some ferrets! There so cool and can be very useful...

Golem- A rock creature similar to that of a Rock Troll except with two heads it moves very slow but is very powerful. It will never move to far from land and hates water.

To add to this one, golems would be a bit like elementals however they would be artifical constructs. So... A mage would construct (buy from familiar shop) these creatures from particular materials such as
Rock golems, or
Iron golems (possibly other metals),
flesh golems (dead bodies sewn together),
clay golems,
blood golems,
Planar golems (most likely not),
Alchemic golems (made from an explosive compound),
rope golems ( made from ropes, duh, animated through magic),
gloom golems (made from clay and infused with the caster's malvolent thoughts [must be evil]),
Mud golem,
Prismatic golems (pure light formed to coporeal consturct magic)
Shadesteel golem (shadesteel is also know as shadow iron and is pure darkness mined from the earth, a golem made from this would be able to meld with the shadows)
Web golem (a golem made from spider weds)

Mathideton - December 29, 2007 03:46 PM (GMT)
Basilisk - A six legged, heavily armored lizard standing around ten feet tall at the shoulder. It's breath has the ability to turn animate objects to stone. can only be cured by the spell soft.

Aralishia - January 1, 2008 12:10 AM (GMT)
:w00t: Super-evil! Grah! RUUN!

Dah Gryphon, a half bird, half lion. Super good, to battle the Basilisk :xmashappy: . Mostly fire elemental, methinks...*scratches head* Though time would be super-cool.

Hippogryph, a half hawk, half horse. Buckbeak!!

If you are putting these up because you just don't like how they look in the shops, you can choose (to an extent) how they look. If you are making suggestions, then say what they do and their abilities and such, not just images with names.

The Night Storm - January 13, 2008 04:14 AM (GMT)
There are wind elemental, earth elemental, and baby dragons. Also, if you want a certain color dragon, then just by a generic dragon and say it is that color.

Countess Celena - January 16, 2008 09:15 PM (GMT)
ok then can someone just delete this or move it... sorry to have wasted your time

Aaris The Fiend - January 19, 2008 02:20 AM (GMT)
You haven't wasted anyones time! Those are some pretty pictures and I wish I could have found some for my wind dragon when I sued to have one...um those are good suggestions, now are you talking about dragons for race or dragons for a shop? Some of those dragons are in the race list and some are in the shops....but I don't think we have a bronze or a pure elemental dragon though. Those are good ground ideas and you may have started the motion for a whole new type of dragon race and or shop pet.

^_^ Thanks for the input.

Barras Rike - January 29, 2008 07:57 PM (GMT)
I have noticed that there are a couple of places unfortunately limited in their products within the Marketing Square.

One of these is the felines. I notice there are only a few big cats. Yes, there are panthers and cougars and tigers. However, what about lions (cougars' male counterparts)? I see you have cheetahs, too, but no leopards or jaguars; perhaps they are simply too similar in appearance, so I can understand that one. However, my suggestion for that shop is to add lions and 'normal' tigers (not just white tigers) to the list. Also, I would suggest some magical cats - like a tiger with blue fur and red stripes or vice versa, or maybe a black tiger with white stripes or orange stripes. Maybe a winged cat? I know you have the gryphon in another forum, but what about a winged tiger? Something that would set them apart from the rest of the felines and mark them as clearly magical in nature. I do think the Alu-Cat was a cool idea, though.

Another shop I noticed was the clothing shop. Yes, there are boots of various kinds and a belt and a girdle. Yes, you have a couple of varieties of cloaks. But really, aside from the dresses, you don't have much in there. No hats at all...hats, not helms. Helms are different (obviously). What about a wizard's or witch's cap? What about gloves? There are gauntlets out there, sure, but no gloves (that I've noticed). Also, how about some wizard's robes? I know one of the diety shops have priest's robes, but what about the wizards out there? And I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of magical coaks in there specifically tailored for spellcasters, maybe something along the lines of what you have for magical staves.

Just some suggestions. Don't eat me.

Saint Marcus - January 29, 2008 08:23 PM (GMT)
Interesting suggestions, now as far as an expansion on the shops like cats and the like Loth is constantly working on all of these things. She is a good Admin and does what needs to be done so givew it time, this expansive shop wasn't built in a day! (Nor was Rome)

Now as far as the hats and things go, there is a section for helms andwizard caps they are seprated from the clothing shop. Why? Because they have different attributes thus have different locations! :)

Barras Rike - January 30, 2008 08:11 PM (GMT)
I don't see any kind of wizard's cap or anything like that in the Helms shop, though...where else would I find such things? I didn't see anything in the Magic Items shop, either. I also can't find anything like that in any of the diety shops.

*Confused.*
