Title: What would be Next
Description: Private

Nightmare - February 5, 2007 05:32 AM (GMT)
Nightmare layed on the sand at the coast from passing out. He had gotten into a pirate ship and killed half the men in it till he got cought and thrown into the water ending up here. He layed there without movment. Anyone that was to walk by could just as easily assume the he was dead. Only his breathing which was very light and impossible to see from far was noticable. Once again his stupid acts had gotten him into some kind of truble. He chose to atack the pirate shipt because they looked like a group of men that could fight. To his surprise he was wrong and he took out about half the men in the ship before the remainders got together and through him in threw him in the water. Nightmare wated alog of energy trying to fight off all the men when they got together so now he had no energy to get up on his own therefore remaining passed out till he was moved by something strong. Till then he would stay laying there on the sand almost dead looking. And if the water cought up with the night then he would in fact die. Licky for him it was onl morning so the water was just done backing off.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 5, 2007 03:50 PM (GMT)
He always wondered if he was meant to be a traveler, for he always enjoyed reaching and exploring new lands that he would arrive in. What drew him to this area was the salty breeze casting across the lands and drawing him to the pearl-white beaches. Growing up the half-dragon was always literal stuck indoors and then in the cold streets of various bustling cities. He loved the fact that he was able to be free in this land, to travel where he wanted and not have to stuck under the aberrant hand of rule. After a while he was sick of being pushed around by equally corrupt soldiers. Now he was open to push others around, if he so pleased.

At the perimeter of the sand Jupiter slipped off his moccasins and took a step forward onto the sand. With one hand pinching his shoes together he allowed the sand to sing in around his feet and comfortably between his toes. The sand was astoundingly warm and the texture massaging the rough calluses at the edges of his feet. While walking he looked out across the cool waters, the morning sun slowly rising above the horizon and splashing an array of orange and pink pigments spilling across the waters. Taking more steps up the beach he listened to the waves slowly clatter against the receiving end of the coast. He privately enjoyed the foam engulfing the leftovers of the water as it soaked back into the abyss. It signified a new day, the birth of new possibilities and with new possibilities new outcomes.

Up and around the coast Vaudeux seemingly walking for hours, uncharacteristically enjoying the scenery as he traveled. What he enjoyed most about the beach was that there were no distractions around. No towns, merchants, or even boats in the distance. That’s how he liked it, alone and quite. As he continued to walk up the private area when he spied a lump of matter washed to shore feet ahead of him. He headed towards the unwelcomed object with caution and as he came closer he realized its true identity. Seaweed was tangled among the limbs of the corpse as it laid in a slumped position at the edge of the waters allowing the cool water to wash the grim from its surface. Vaud stopped ten feet away to observe the strange body lying on the beach. There was a possibility that it could be dangerous or infected and he didn’t want to take a chance by examining the probable hazard.

By his right foot the thief scooped up the sand along with a good amount of gravel formed beneath the pure granules. With an underhanded toss he pitched the gravel towards the mass. The light gravel flew through the air and barely reached the object accomplishing nothing. He frowned and searched around his feet for a moment and found a flat shell with peach ripples coursing across its surface. Muscle behind it, Jupiter chucked the shell which expanded the distance between him and the object. The shell clunked off the top of the object with a shallow “clink” then skipped off plunking into the waters around it. Vaud almost laughed from bizarre amusement when it hit, he bent down to search for another, bigger, shell…

Nightmare - February 5, 2007 11:04 PM (GMT)
As soon as the first hit came Nightmare woke up but layed there motionless. He didn't move for a moment while he got his energy back. The Crazy Assassin looked at the man that had thrown the object at him but made sure to move so slightly that the man wouldn't notice. Nightmare got up as soon as the man started looking on the ground. Nightmare asumed it was to find some thing esle to thow like a little kid playing with a dead animal that they find in the beach. Nightmare passed his hands all over him self to remove all the sand that he had on him. He looked around to see hat he could find to hit the man back and found a huge foot wide rock on the ground next to where he was, actually under his exact location layed the rock. Nihtmare took the rock and lifted it up on top of his head with both hand and was about to throw it but instead of doing that which would probably mean he would miss he started running towards the mam with the Rock to his side. He took the rock and raised it slightly once more as he ran at the man and he ws going to hit the man on the head with it using all his power. Nightmare used his force and attacked the man using the rock as a wepon...

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 6, 2007 02:53 AM (GMT)
Vaudeux was busy, messing the granules of sand, he hadn’t realized how fun it was to throw seashells at things. After a moments thought he realized that the corpse was probably dead and that by disturbing it wasn’t the best idea. Instead he began searching for another shell, or perhaps a rock to skip across the waters. Of course he would have to gather up these rocks and head up the beach, there was no way he would be able to stand near the strange corpse while he enjoyed himself by counting how many times he could ricochet a rock across the surface of the abyss. For a moment he dug his hand through the sand he thought he heard some type of suctioning, like something was being pulled from a watery surface. But he ignored the noise and began collecting a variety of different rocks in his large palm.

From his squatting position he moved around back towards the beach with his eyes staring down at the sand. Then he heard it, some type of running in his direction. At that very moment he glanced up to see the twisted corpse running at him, a rock as a weapon that was meant for his skull. Jupiter’s palms loosened for half a second, the pebbles falling to the ground at his feet, then his features tightened as the figure approached. When the being raised its attack up then down he was able to raise his arms just in the nick-of-time. With a pair of muscled biceps and forearms he gripped the forearms of his adversary with clenched teeth together.

The little being came down on him with the rock hard, and he had to use all of his upward force to avoid the attack straight in the noggin. Using his bottom knee he kicked off the sand that allowed the pair to roll over each other, wrestling in the sand. During the tussle Vauduex was able to kick up his dagger into his palm and have it at hand, attempting to aim the weapon directly in his foe’s neck. The image below him was one of frightening night terrors. He did his best to avoid looking into the face of the beast , for he was sure he would get a mindful.

Nightmare - February 6, 2007 05:33 AM (GMT)
Nightmare pushed the mand away and got up from the sand. He started running around the man as fast as he could. He would just run and run around the man with no stoping. Nightmare would hope to either confuse the man or just have him distracted enough to attack him with guard down. But in case that didn't work Nightmare would need to think of a good plan while running around the man. The crazy assassin thought of a head on attack if he would fail to distract the man. He could go in a compleat head on atack jumping off the sand at the very last moment but then instead of hitting the man he would jump over and then attack from behind. The assassin could not think of anythingels to do, he was running short. Any where else he would use what was around him but in such a place he has no where. And Nightmare never has an actual wepon but things that he turns into wepons. He was short in ideas and that seemed like the only think to do so Nightmae was ganna go for it. Nightmare as going to jump over the man and hit him from behind as fast as he could.

Nightmare started rnning torwards the man full speed and he got ready to jump but right before he did he slid on the ground to hit the man on the legs so that the man would fall on the ground and NightMare would have the advantage. Now if it hit or not would all be on how fast the mand could doge a blow to the legs. This was it, Nightmare was with hope that he would hi this man and knock him to the ground and take it from there.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 7, 2007 02:33 AM (GMT)
It was the strangest situation he had ever been in and against an opponent whom was the strangest live-acting being he had ever came in contact with. The very movements of the being was surreal and especially in a flurry of movement. When he pulled out his dagger it worked and he was able to ward off the creature momentarily. The creature jumped up and was suddenly producing a whirlwind around his general area. Jupiter was looking down at his boot, replacing his dagger back in its spot, when he looked up to see a blur of color. The blur almost caused him to go cross-eyed, but he was able to sheath the dagger and somewhat stammer up onto his knees. Like looking out at speeding objects, the half-dragon tried to follow the being with his eyes as it traveled around in circumference.

For a moment he was able to catch the torso in the cyclone and within that moment Vaud reached forward with his whole arm. His arm was able to catch some part of the creature’s body and allow him to break the cycle of confusion. After the creature hit his arm and fell out of path Vaud collapsed to the sand, practically biting a chunk into the granules. His head was still spinning, if he hadn’t of stopped the being so soon he probably would have been vomiting from nausea. Yet he commanded his body to stand up, he wasn’t going to be stricken while he was down. Stumbling onto his hands and knees he finally managed to stand on his legs, gripping the sides of his head in order to try and cease the spinning.

But the being must have had an alternate plan because, before he knew it, it was heading straight for him. Before he could dodge out of the way the being seemingly disappeared just as it was rushing towards him. However, the pain that came next was directly into the nerve center of his chin. Vaud pivoted and landed back on the sand, an explosion of hot anger erupting from his pharynx.
“Gah!” Yelled the aggravated thief now swinging out a ball of fist towards the general area of his opponent. It was a blind punch, but it was powered by his anger and was boundless to land. His muscles must have been sure of the being’s location and shot out the attack in its direction.

Nightmare - February 7, 2007 05:34 AM (GMT)
Nightmare saw the pounch coming face on contact and didn't have enough time to move away from it. He took it in the face and he went straght back sliding on the sand, ending deeper as he went. Nightmare put his hands on the hand and grabed hand fulls of it and then threw it at the mans face then did a jump stand. and ran straght for the man. The Crazy Assasin started getting exited and that would mean he would get jumpy as well.(More than usual) He was having great fun fighting this man. Nightmare just loved pointless fighting and pointless death. It was something that he would loose control without.

Nightmare started running towards the man and did a dive type move to hit the man with his hands and wight after land on them to kick the man. Nightmare did so he jumped forward to do the move but did a spin to stop it before he made it to the other side, once again changing his mind at the last moment on which move to use next. Nightmare insted went for a "low blow" at the man.

"Hahahaha, HAHAHA, haning fun? Hahaha, I AM!" Said Nightmare while attemting to weaken the man with cheaper pounches to the man's sides and face.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 8, 2007 02:54 AM (GMT)
If he had time to issue a sigh of relief he would have when his punch had landed, but his mind was filled with fury from the being’s earlier attack. The thief managed to prop himself up on one knee, even with the difficulty of the moving sand underneath his body. Just as he accomplished this act he received a face full of sand. Immediately after the sand hit he moved his arms up to block the rest of the throwing sand, but still had a mouthful. Since his hands were blocking his face the creature decided to perform some fancy movements and issue another attack, but this time with no objects, its own feet.

Jupiter was able to stumble slightly backwards for the “hands attack” so that he was able to wither most of the attack, but the blow was out of no where. It came at him like a freight and caused him to stumble backwards onto the ledge that separated the grassy area of the beach from the sand itself. Jupiter’s rear landed on this dividing area then bounced back him up his feet from the short surprise. He was aching, but he stood anyways, no matter what he would have to keep standing. The half-dragon trusted his legs to either run or move him out of the way. Soon the creature started speaking, a rather demented voice that was issuing from it.

Vaudeux was disgusted by what he was hearing and it only angered him more. “Having FUN?” He exploded the sand that had been thrown in his mouth puffing out like a cloud of dust from his mouth. By his tone you could tell that having fights was no fun for the built man. When the creature started to head towards him with smaller punches towards his torso. Vaudeux took in these punches, feeling little damage, but as the creature reached towards his face he backed away. It was his most prized possession. Jupiter performed some type of body bump to make the being back off, if that didn’t work he always backed off a couple steps.

From here he grabbed nearby chunks of sand and stone and threw it hard at the being that was attacking him, hoping to stall the creature in its forward motion..

Nightmare - February 8, 2007 06:24 AM (GMT)
Nightmare laughed over and over as laud as he could while running around and hitting the man. He was having a great time while fighting him. All in one Nightmare let out a great scream that he would just do for the sake of more fun. He let the scream that sounded so horrible and would cause fear into many bu not all. Nightmare kept laughing right after tat to see his own attack coming back at him, he saw sand coming his way. Only difference is that this sand hassome little rocks in it and would actually hurt. The Crazy assassin started runing right to the sand and the stone and he just went through them while they hit his face and all over his body with the stone he kept running. It hurt him alot to do that but pain was only part of the fun the Nightmare got out of fights. He started to run forthe man again and he did a great jump into the air and tried to grab onto the man's head with his hands to then hit the man with his own head.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 8, 2007 09:46 PM (GMT)
No matter what he did the crazy creature in front of him never ceased to amaze him on how nuts he actually was. For a moment it actually seemed like the thing actually liked pain. Jupiter just watched with horrific amazement as the various rocks he threw the air and hit his opponent. Nevertheless he didn’t seem fazed one bit by the rocks and sand combination and Vaudeux stopped his attack, dumbfounded. There had to be some type of solution he could come to in order to prevail. Otherwise it seemed as if this weird thing would go on for hours just carrying on.

The scream that shocked the air was a mere annoyance, it didn’t effect him one bit. It just gave him some time to plan his next actions. While the creature was screaming the thief spun on his heel and retreated back towards the grassy area. Leaping up onto the ledge from the sand he finally managed to put some distance between him and the crazy figure at the beach. Little did he know any attacks were being planned from the opposition. As he ran he turned around to see where it was at and received another hard-hitting blow.

The head butt caused his neck to bounce from the friction, but surprisingly it didn’t hurt. The spot where the figure had hit him was just above the crown of his brow, anywhere lower or higher would have hurt. Since they were closer now, Jupiter halted his process and decided he would give the little being a taste of its own medicine. After its attack he reached forward to grab its head and make the same movement. Intending to slam his own forehead into the other’s head, for a return head-butt.

Nightmare - February 9, 2007 05:20 AM (GMT)
Nightmare was having so much fun with the fight that he couldn't even tell he was wasting his own energy by doing everything he was doing. The Head-butt the Nightmare gave the other man took alot out of Nighmare but he didn't pay attention to himself but more of getting the other person. He didn't think that he would ever run out of energy but by taking all the blows without blocking and just taking pain all together he was almost at end with what he would have the strengh to do. Nightmare thought of what to do next as he was giving that other man the head-butt but before he could think straght Nightmare got hit right back with the same thing.
The Crazy Assassin dropped to the floor right after and since he was already with low energy it actually hurt him this time. He was finally running out of his energy and that would mean the fight might end sooner than Nightmare would want it to. If it was up to him he would let it go as long as time existed. While Nightmare was on the floor he grabbed his head and held it while being in great pain. He just as fast stopped holding his head and got up, then looked at the man he was fighting for a while now and attemped to kick him as much as possible with the strongest of kicks possible to come from his side. Nightmare did high kicks, low kicks, waist kicks, and drop kicks all aiming for them and. Without knowing if any of them hit, Nightmare just passed out on the ground. His energy had finally reached it's end. This wouldn't happen to much to Nightmare but he had so much fun in the fight he didn't pat attention to him doing little effect and losing what keeps him going.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 10, 2007 04:36 PM (GMT)
The top of his head buzzed slightly after he issued the returning head butt. The thief stepped backwards slightly and watched as the creature in front of him stumbled slightly and tried to gather itself. He almost let out a relieved sigh seeing as the foe he was fighting was finally beginning to show some weakness. The being fell to the floor and Jupiter smirked in reply, It’s about time, The half-dragon thought now taking another step backwards in wary. The crazy creature could jump back up at any minute so he had to be ready. If not he was already prepped and ready to run back through the way he arrived.

Just as he anticipated the creature jumped back up for another attack at last. Almost like in slow motion Jupiter watched as the kicks headed in his direction. All of the sudden it was like the speedy foe was slower than usual, he moved off to the side to narrowly miss the first powerful kick. This common occurrence of slower attacks had happened before. Once while growing up on the streets he was first able to avoid a fight with a local gang by dodging attacks. This made him first want to improve and hone his combat skills. With this he also believed that he had some trait that made him be able to foresee danger.

The next barrage of attacks he was able to turn with the kicks and hold up a forearm to block the attacks off of his body. The last kick, aimed at his torso, was close to hitting him, but Vaudeux slid back quickly and overturned his blocking arm in an outside-to-inside motion that merely swept away the kick from actually hitting him. Next Vaud made a move to shove his opponent, yet it was too late. The kid had used up all of his energy itself and fell back off the slope and onto the sand. For a moment he watched the creature sink into the granules, making sure it wouldn’t pop up after him. When he was sure he began to back away slowly and look around the area.

The sun was now set, only sending out a bead of light that stood on top of the waters only. The beach around him was dark and the night wind picking up causing the grass to sway peacefully in its breeze. Without another thought the half-dragon turned around and jogged off in the grasses. He weaved through the path and kept jogging at his own pace, determined to leave the battle behind him and the creature he disturbed in the first place there as well. Soon the portside town appeared and this was when he began to slow taking an appreciative breath of air on its outskirts. Now he would think twice about throwing shells at random objects on the beach.

Nightmare - February 11, 2007 08:28 PM (GMT)
Nightmare waking up to not see anyone around him. All He could see where foot prints in the sand that were fading away. Nightmare thought it would be fun to yjust go into the water and fight a shark of something with most chance he would die at it and not caring but he wanted to keep fightint. And since he woke up with most of his strengh back it would be fun to fight again. Nightmare looked and he dicided to fallow the prints to where they led. He put his arms behind him and ran after the prints. He was Runing in a Sonic style of run.

Next thing you know Nightmare was running right behind the man he saw before, he was catching up greatly when the man stopped jogging. "I FOUND YOU" The Crazy Asassin yelled at the man at he was catching up at great speeds. "I'm ganna get you" He said while making it closer with every passing second. Nightmare jumped up in the air and tried to attah the man with a flying kick, he kicked straght down from his in air jump position. He was aimin to start this again so he could have some fun with the man. He had such a great time the with the first fight against this man that he just wanted to go again and maybe see if one of them would die, the guy was strong enough as it seemd so it would have only been the best thing for Nightmare to find out if that man could actually kill him or not. Nightmare was only taking it as a life and death game, he wouldn't really care what the conciquences would to or the outcome of the fight as long as he got to fight.

Vaudeux Jupiter - February 12, 2007 02:37 AM (GMT)
Just when he thought it was over, the freaky creature was running after him and trying to attack him again. This was the last straw, how much can one person take? His skills heightened he was able to sense the flying kick and narrowly miss the buzzing by his body. Then he didn’t care what the thing would do next, he bolted off in the opposite direction, towards the town, towards people. His mind was racing, he had to get away. Despite what he was telling himself his alter ego inside wanted to take hold. And he knew that the only way he was going to get out of the area was to take flight. Just as he was heading into town he noticed that there was some type of festival going on, this would be the perfect place to lose the crazy thing.

He hurried through the streets, narrowly dodging spectators gawking at a tribal type of dance heading up the streets. Music blaring up the dirt-lined streets while people stomped into the ground cheering and carrying on. Vaud moved, certain that he had lost the creature after taking a strategic turn down an alley and up a side street. Here was an open-back wagon that was moving quickly up the street. Jupiter began to sprint as quickly as he could to catch up with his only escape route. Soon he was beside the wagon hurtling up through the back flaps and sliding across the wooden planks inside. The driver hardly noticed the half-dragon mixed amongst the various cargo, panting and sweating from its escape.

Jupiter rode the wagon safely for what seemed like hours. Then, miles later, he jumped out near a dock that was loading up ships and headed that way. Waiting for the precise moment to sneak on, he headed in with a crate and helped carry it down to the bay. This boat soon ported the dock, setting sail into the night air. Vaudeux was finally free of his burden, but still stained with sweat.

((See ya dude))
