There has been a steady increase of people starting topics that say "please don't answer this unless you're an admin." I am posting to notify you all that this is not allowed. The help forum was created for members to give each other a hand and lighten the burden on the admins, so asking that only an admin reply defeats the entire purpose of me having the forum to begin with. It's just as bad as PMing me with questions and it has to come to an end now.
I do understand some of the motives behind it but I do not agree with them. Some of you just want to make sure that you get the right answer, but there are plenty of members around that do know the answers. If not through common knowledge then it may be because they've asked the question before themselves, or read a topic where someone else asked and got an official answer. I also see other reasons for making topics "admin only" that I don't feel are so innocent, I think that some people have been greatly disrespecting other members in the help forum because they may be of the opinion that other members do not know as much as they do and therefore can't possibly help? Whatever the reasons, there has been a lot of disrespect and in Arda we do not tolerate such behavior.
So please, be respectful at all times, and remember not to make "admin only" questions anymore. Thanks!
