Title: Just wandering
Raku - April 3, 2004 08:33 PM (GMT)
He walks around looking at the trees and monkeys. He shoots out a shadow to grab a fruit of a tree. He takes a very big bite out of it, then sits down under the tree and continues to eat the tropical fruit.
"Now this is the life" He said softly. The wind blew his hood off, then the breeze blew on his face.
He walked to the shore and sat down with two more fruit. He sat right next to the water and started eating his fruit.
"This is some good stuff." He closed his eyes and laid back, still eating the fruit. "I am coming here more often." When he was done he still laid back with his eyes close as he whistled some tunes into the air.
Lynx Alacult - April 4, 2004 10:31 PM (GMT)
-A Voice would come from behind Raku as he laied their- "
'you seem very laied back for the god of darkness.."
-he walked over next to him with a fruit in his hand eatting it as he looked off into the distance he looked down for a moment-
"...So what brings you here....."
Raku - April 4, 2004 10:45 PM (GMT)
He stood up and walked a few feet away. "Why are you here, I associate with people who represent the light and you do represent the light!"
He dropped his fruit, the fruit turned a dark grey as it hit the ground.
"I should kill you for thinking we are friends!" He saw a monkey on a near by tree, he fired a shadow blast at the monkey's head. "That should release some anger."
The monkey fell to the ground, the skin on it's head was ripped off and all that was left was a some what bloody skull. "Now if you don't want to meet a similar fate i suggest you stay away from me boy!!!"
Lynx Alacult - April 4, 2004 10:54 PM (GMT)
-He smiled walking past him one hand behind his back-
"..Noted that your darkness..."
-he walked along a small path looking at the souroundings sighing a bit muching on the fruit, he dident know why he hated him so but he thought he better keep his distance from this one he would blow my head off in an instant-
Raku - April 4, 2004 11:04 PM (GMT)
He sat back down next to the tree. He stared at the sun guardian in uder disgust.
How could someone go over to the side of light he thought.
He stood up and started off in the other direction, the ground behind him tainted black. The ground slowly regained its true color after about one minute. He made his way into the thick part of the jungle in the island.
"That fool thinks we can just be friends, sure we can be friends, after I rip him limb from limb."
Lynx Alacult - April 4, 2004 11:08 PM (GMT)
-He threw the remains of the fruit on the ground placeing his other hand behind his back as well now see he had no standings on good or bad darkness or light it was all the same to him he shruged off raku and walked down in the other direction away from him humming to him self-
"........."
Dungeon Master Zero - April 5, 2004 08:07 PM (GMT)
Lynx:
As you are walking, you hear a rustling in the bushes. It sounds as though someone, or something, is following you.
Raku:
You hear the same rustling of the foilage around you. Since you are more naturally aware of things, you seem to feel that there are many things causing the disturbance, not just one or two.
Raku - April 5, 2004 09:22 PM (GMT)
He goes to find out what the noise is. His cape swings from left to right as he searches through the trees and shrubs.
"What is causing that annoying sound."
He frowned. "If that fool Lynx is trying to spy on me I will kill him."
He pulled out both his swords. "Alright who is out there, show yourself!!" He cut through the tall grass and plants as he looked all around.
I am getting really mad now.
Lynx Alacult - April 7, 2004 08:59 PM (GMT)
-He turned to the side looking around behind him the grip on his staff tightened he glanced around from side to side seeing no one or nothing he looked from side to side as he turned around faceing the other direction-
"...Raku?.."
-He looked to where he thought he could hear the noises intently-
Dungeon Master Zero - April 8, 2004 09:06 PM (GMT)
Both Raku and Lynx:
From behind you, there is a noise. It is too fast for you to react to, and soon you find yourself trapped in thick ropes and netting. You cannot see out of the trap, and the noises are very loud now. They are some type of foriegn language. You fall to the ground under the weight of the ropes, and you feel yourself being dragged off. The things that are pulling you appear to be very strong.
Raku - April 8, 2004 09:35 PM (GMT)
I could get out of this so easy, but I want to find out were they are taking me, then I shall kill them all. He just listens to the outside world and waits in silence as they drag him off.
How long will this take I haven't got all day, well I do but that is not the point.
Lynx Alacult - April 8, 2004 09:55 PM (GMT)
-He had stayed silent during all this now he was being draged away thoughts rushed through his mind, he grabs at the ropes that had knocked him down heat began to rise from his hands and arms soon the rope caught fire burning the ropes quietly, now all he had to do was wait for it to burn through the thick ropes, he sighed smileing a bit-
"..........."
Dungeon Master Zero - April 8, 2004 10:25 PM (GMT)
Lynx:
The thick ropes catch fire, but burn very slowly. It does not seem that you will escape from the ropes that way anytime soon. You are dragged a distance further, and the gruff voices are conversing among themselves the whole time. Then they stop abruptly. You are dumped roughtly from the netting and ropes, and you find yourself in a dark area of the island's inner forests. When you look around, you notice there is someone else next to you, but they are still trapped inside the netting. Then, several creatures come from out of the darkness. They are centaurs. They are painted with black and red designs, and look very fierce. They are all heavily armed and look as though they know how to use their weapons. There is one that stands out from the rest. It has a black armband on, and it approaches you with its spear pointed at you. "What is your name trespasser? Speak quick."
Raku:
You finally stop, and hear the sound of hooves around you. The gruff voices cease, and you can smell something that appears as though it were burning. You hear one set of hooves getting closer, and someone speaks.
Raku - April 8, 2004 10:40 PM (GMT)
He stays silent as he waits for the netting to be pulled off. Thoughts race through his mind on how he should kill them.
Don't they know who I am?
He then thought that the burning he smelled could have been a small camp fire made for a roast, or a sacrifice. Though they couldn't eat him he laughed at the thought softly.
Lynx Alacult - April 9, 2004 08:07 PM (GMT)
-He looked down a bit sighing he shook his head remaining silent he looked up intently on the creatures around him but remaining silent-
".........."
Dungeon Master Zero - April 9, 2004 08:34 PM (GMT)
Lynx:
The centaur watches you, waiting for a response. When he recieves none, he speaks again. "Very well, do not defend your case." Faster than you can blink your eyes, he spins his spear and hits you across the face with the blunt end of his spear. There is a gash across your face, and you can feel the warm blood trickling down your cheek. "One last chance trespasser, speak your name."
Lynx Alacult - April 9, 2004 08:53 PM (GMT)
-He sighed looking down again as the blood trickled down his face, looking away from them he spoke in a quite tone just loud enough for them to hear.-
"..I..I am Lynx Alacult..Guardian Of the Sun.."
-He looked back up at the creatures, it would seem he would have to talk his way out of this one-
Dungeon Master Zero - April 10, 2004 10:46 PM (GMT)
Lynx:
"Guardian you may be, but trespasser also." says the centaur, unaffected by the weight of your title. "If the sun is yours to guide, why do you trespass onto our territory? Surely we have not trespassed onto the sun?" he asks mockingly. "And what of your companion? What right has he to kill the animals of our forests?"
Lynx Alacult - April 11, 2004 02:58 PM (GMT)
-He laughed a bit nodding to them-
"..Yes..i suspose your right.....but...i had no idea this was you land if i knew...then i wold have never set foot on it.."
-He thought for a moment about their other comment, shakeing his head he looked up-
"..He..He is not with me.."
Raku - April 11, 2004 06:38 PM (GMT)
"D*** right I am not with him." He said as he morphed through the netting.
"You fools shall allow me to leave or die trying to stop me."
He then looked at the leader. "And it might be wise if I tell you who you are dealing with, I am Raku the god of darkness." He awaited the creatures response.
Dungeon Master Zero - April 16, 2004 08:57 PM (GMT)
Raku:
There is no reaction from the centaurs. Their leader, the one with the arm band simply speaks again. "We serve no gods, and your title as well means nothing to us. Many of the gods are foolish and know nothing of those that they supposedly govern. You will not leave until we have finished with you." He turns to Lynx now.
Lynx:
"As for you, he who guards the lightning, your business here is done. Be gone now while we deal with this dark one."
Lynx Alacult - April 16, 2004 10:45 PM (GMT)
-He nodded silently, standing knocking the netting off of him he made his way back the way he came away from this place and perhaps never to return, he knew raku could handle him self. placeing both hands behind his head he looked up as he walked-
"................."
Dungeon Master Zero - April 16, 2004 10:57 PM (GMT)
Raku:
The centaurs watch as Lynx leaves. Then they turn back to you. The one with the arm band speaks once more. "Now, what business have you in killing the animals of our lands? You have not been wronged by any here, yet you wrong them without thought. You are one of the gods that is senseless indeed."
Raku - April 22, 2004 01:00 AM (GMT)
"Hmm... you know you are right and I shall think about that, while I am killing you all." He then rose up.
"Now I will kill all of you unless you let me leave now." He waited for there respone. "Well...?"
Dungeon Master Zero - April 22, 2004 08:36 PM (GMT)
Raku:
Unintimidated by your threat, the Centaur asks you again, calmly, "I asked you what business it is that you have in killing the animals of our forest?" He is not afraid of your power, and perhaps there is a good reason why....
Raku - April 22, 2004 10:52 PM (GMT)
"Listen you fools I have know time for this and what I do is my business." He looked at them, then drew his swords.
"So who wants to be first." He got into his fighting stance.
Dungeon Master Zero - April 27, 2004 07:55 PM (GMT)
Raku:
The centaur readied himself. "So be it," he said. The centaur drew a sword from behind it back, and when his hands were placed upon it, the wrist bracers he wore began to glow with light.
Raku - April 27, 2004 10:40 PM (GMT)
"Bring it on, I shall consume you." He was ready for the centaur to attack. "The light shall never win, darkness has always been even before the light and always will be.
He waited for the centaur to make his move, also he readied his spells just in case.
Dungeon Master Zero - April 28, 2004 12:18 AM (GMT)
Raku:
The centaur appears to vaguely shimmer in the faint light of the dense forest. He looks you straight in the eyes, and there is no fear as he charges. His first blow with his sword is enforced with a large blast of sunfire. The brightness is almost burning, and the blow locks against the dangerous blades of your swords. There is great force behind the blow, much stronger than any human, and also stronger than most centaurs. You notice that he is whispering something under his breath...
Raku - April 29, 2004 12:35 AM (GMT)
He vanishes behind the centaur in a quick flash of smoke. He then lashes out with his black blades at lightning speed. One of the swords toward his neck the other toward his chest.
"Die fool!!!"
Dungeon Master Zero - April 29, 2004 12:48 AM (GMT)
Raku:
As soon as you disappear, the centaur feels the loss of the swords that he was pressing against, an he too disappears from where he was, only to reappear out of range and facing you.
Foot Note: It does not make sense to swing at his chest when you are facing his back. Additionally. a centaur has the body of a horse, so you would not be able to reach across is body for such a blow.
