Title: Out of the Blue
Description: (Open to all)

Jasmine - January 19, 2007 03:52 AM (GMT)
A little ways off the coast of Ea a small elvish boat began it's way toward the port of Adune. As the sailors moved about their business keeping things steady a lone figure stood by herself looking off in the distance at the small island of Haudhiaur. Jasmine knew of the beauty of the land but she had never seen it for herself only in books. In person it was much more lovely. Taking her eyes away from the island Jasmine walked across the deck toward the front of the boat. She wanted to get a closer look at the dock the were coming to. It seemed much larger then she had thought it would have been. Many boats were coming and going. Watching one boat in particular as it left the boat for the open seas ahead she wondered where it was heading and if she knew of the place. As she stood there in a daze thinking about all of this one of the sailors walked up to her and cleared his voice to get her attention.

"We will be reaching the port of Adune any minute now my lady, will you be needing anything else? The man asked waiting for a response.

The question snapped her out of her daze and she responded, "No that won't be necessary, thanks for asking, I'll be quite fine" Jasmine stated politely. Pulling into dock the sailors began to toss ropes up on to the dock for others to tie up. Pretty soon a large board was placed between the dock and the boat creating a bridge between them. Walking slowly toward it she got off the boat and stepped for the fight time on Ea. What happened next would depend on what she did. Breathing in the fresh sea air she once again looked out to the sea where she had come from. She knew she would miss it but she was glade to be out and about again. Taking one last glance she turned around and headed down the dock.

Chrono - January 19, 2007 07:51 AM (GMT)
She was being followed. "The guards must have caught up with me. Thats just great." Her walk became a jog as she began to look for a place to remove guard who had been such an annoyance. "I won't enjoy this, but it has to be done. the chase led them to an alley. "Well this is very cliche. It will work though. Lets get this over with." She stopped and turned to the guard. her sword now drawn from its sheath. The guard cleared his thought. "Elmira Tavvar," It surprised her how the guards knew her real name. She stopped using that years ago. "you are wanted for multi-" the guard never got to finish. Her sword saw to that. She had teleported behind the guard and ran him through with all her might. "I'm very sorry." She muttered as she walked out of the alley people who were there at the time watched her for a brief moment before going back to what they were doing. She placed her sword back into its sheath before continuing down the port in a hurry. She almost knocked down an elf in the process but didn't pay much attention.

Jasmine - January 19, 2007 10:29 AM (GMT)
((If I'm the elf your speaking of I'll just mention that I'm human  i just wanted to arive in style ))

Continuing her walk down the port she began to head toward the city it self. She had no reason to stay around her long. She was after all planing on heading to the Annon Mountains. That was after all her whole reason for coming to this land. Glancing around there wasn't much to the docks. Like before boats were still coming and going, goods were being taken off and on and going to unknown places. Reaching the end of the side dock she came upon the main streach the connected to the main land. It was from this path that all the other docks connected too.

As she was about to continue along her own way she was almost rammed ay another person. A closer look at she as she passed she saw that it was a women with reddish pink hair. She was caring a sword much like hers but of different make. As she ran passed she had thought she spotted a bit of blood where the hilt of the sword met the sheath. She though she could smell the sent of blood as well but it wasn't strong at all. Either this women was hurt in some way or she had drawn blood not too long ago. She was about to give chase when she heard something else. What appeared to be a guard came from an alley way in the direction the was running from.

"Help! Help! A guard has been stabbed he's going to die get some help, somebody!

At that moment Jasmine had to make up her mind. Should she prasue the girl who might have done this. Or go in the opposite direction and try and save the guards life. She wanted to catch this person but a life was more important above all. Rushing in the direction of the screaming she got to the alley way. The guard pointed to the fallen guard. she hurried to his side. The man was young, perhaps 18 or 19 years old. Stabbed through the back pretty deeply. Using what magic she could she did he best to mend the wound with a minor heal spell.

The spell worked but not as well as she had hoped. The man would most likely survive but he still needed more healing then she could provide. The boy was still out of it when more help arivied. Walking out of the alley way she saw off the other healers as the carried the guard away.

Turning around she began to head in the direction that the women had went. She wasn't sure if she would find her but it was the way she had been planing on going anyway. She would just have to pray she could find the girl before she got too far away.

Chrono - January 19, 2007 01:47 PM (GMT)
(I guess that makes sense.)

This had turned out better than she thought it would have. Nobody had come after her, or so she thought at first. "I guess I'm safe." Her hand moved from her sword and she began to relax. However she still turned around one more time to be sure that she wasn't being chased. "Well speak of the devil." Some girl just had to play hero and come after her. A sigh escaped her has she turned around. "Well I can think I already know why your here. So what are you going to do now. Fight me, capture me, or kill me."

(Sorry I just can't think of anything else right at the moment. :grr: I'll try to make the next one longer)

Teferi - January 20, 2007 12:03 AM (GMT)
It had been a long trip for Teferi. He was not a man of the ocean, and the rocks of the creaking boat made him cringe upon the voyage. Returning to his city he felt himself sick of its sea and prayed for its stable land. He let himself hang over the edge staring at the ocean softly as it waded and crashed upon the side of the vessel. Smooth white froth built up into the crash.....the foam of the sea he called it....enough of it you know the sea would be rabid and crazy as Dire animal rampaging upon intruders. No questions...No answers......Just the sinking feeling of the water taking you under as the salt water filled your lungs......You could see the world a new from under the water......if you could not breath......death would be beautiful under the sun there.....quite, water still and unmoving. the water atop moving you, carrying your soul into a black abyss. Before that the sun would glance upon you with a prism of colors shining upon you as you fought for air. It would not be painful......just alone. The world now people were drowning outside of the water with loneliness....the wise elders wait in their houses waiting for Lothlómendil to grace them with a soft whisper of freedom releasing their souls from their shells, and even the young off to fight a war they most had no idea what it was about. "Son if you take to arm...if you die for us... we will award you with honor..." Captains would say to the young easily encouraged men. Most boys who had not grasped the importance of life as it was.... they did not understand the concept that time never works for everyone......when it clocks out for you it is done you are gone. Even if those who found the way of restarting that clock they just played a waiting game because time was a cruel yet elegant mistress if you did not take the lessons that the goddess of Life and time gave you.

Teferi lived his life in the ephemeral now...No Tomorrow...No Yesterday...Just the now in a sense. yes he planned for the future, but that was unpredictable and maybe he did not think enough of it, but now even in word and definition meant much. As he stared into the blue he had a memory that was more like a hazy vision. He saw himself younger and a woman who was beautiful and kind. One could only think that would be his mother., but she mentioned the most intriguing and memorable concept to him, "Its a special word....." She said as they stared into the river stream in front of them. "It means at once or without delay, but it also means one specific moment. Each day is full of moments and they run by us like water in the stream." His mother as he would guess stepped lightly over the river letting a pointed index finger softly touch the streams rushing water with small ripples. Teferi could only think as he watched this memory of how those ripples could mean many things. "Moments move through the day like drops of water moving down the river. When I touch the stream and say 'now,' think of the water right under my finger" She dipped her finger in now slowly submersing it in the blue thin opacity of the stream. She then spoke the word and then followed the rivers flow with her eyes. "That spot is called 'now,' but see how even after I name it, it goes on without me, flowing away, all the way down to the sea. I will never see it or touch it again, but I can always start over." With a soft smile she dipped her finger in again saying, "Now."

If this was indeed his mother she was a very wise mother and no doubt inspired Teferi in the interest of time. He could only think and wish he could understand who he was. "'Now' is an opportunity." His mothers voice rang again through his rippling memory like the ocean below the ship. ”When I say come here now, it's your chance to show me how clever you are. Now means right away, before the spot on the river flow out of sight.” Her voice told him and his youthful state stared up with a smile and the memory faded. Now is what he lived by each moment of 'Now' He embraced it good, bad, or even unthinkable...he embraced it because beyond the Gods and Goddesses only he could judge himself. Regret would be a downfall to ones judgment, so he would never regret doing what he felt to be true in the present now. These thoughts were much for him in the day and he rested until the dock came near.

Teferi was a Court Mage meaning he was a acting official of Lomedor. A Authority rule with the ability to judge fate with books and law boasting his effort with the god granted magic he sworn to live. Teferi was in truth a keeper of Balance and time. It is almost laughable to him as he has a job that is so far from his ideal. In court how do you know one is truly guilty or the innocent are truly innocent. It becomes harder among the variables you have to consider into the equation. The here, where, when, why, and how...The indistinct, the possible, impossible, and completely unthinkable. For every crime there is a an infinite amount of motives and reasons for them. To file and label through the infinite was a madman's work, but Law requests it and the crazy are willing. Though he never fancied himself crazy he did doubt the systems reliability when he sentences a supposed murder to death is it truly write to take his life for taking another's. Vengeance is could and lifeless, and to Teferi the laws and court were a form of vengeance upon its own people in some cases. No matter though he would obey, but if their was a way he could solve it without assimilate to text law he would do it for vengeance was not a token he wished to bare.

Now off the ship he held his staff to him close letting his elegant robes flow behind him as he stepped off among others into a the home city....into Lomedor.

Coming across a passage near the port he saw tow women not distinct from his range, but he could make the glimmering detail of a blade. “Ladies are you alright? Is something wrong here?” he asked quizzically as he wanted to get to the bottom of this and fast because as his title demands he settle all affairs he may view as against the law. Holding a blade out to another in such way in the city was definitely against the law. Hopefully he would not have to get violent or even take anyone one into the court this evening...he just wanted something happily ended for once.

Jasmine - January 20, 2007 01:06 AM (GMT)
(It's alright everyone has a short post every once in a while)

As Jasmine continued to walk to walk down the port she began to think the women had gotten away. Who would have been foolish enough to stick around after trying to kill someone. She was about to just go her one way an try and forget what had happened when she glance up ahead of herself. The women was just standing there almost right in front of her. At fist Jasmine was suprised to run into her like this but that soon wear off and she griped the hilt of her sword but didn't draw it just yet.

As Jasmine stood there the women with the red hair spoke, "Well speak of the devil, Well I can think I already know why your here. So what are you going to do now. Fight me, capture me, or kill me"

"That would depend on your reasoning of the attack, at the moment all I want is to talk, if it was for no reason then I would suggest turning yourself in for judgement, and just so you know killing is out of the question I won't fall to that level" Jasmine responded.

As she stood there waiting for a response another person showed up and she heard him speak, " Ladies are you alright? Is something wrong here?

Jasmine didn't turn her gaze away from the women, but answered his question, "No sir, nothing is wrong here yet, I can handle this."

Teferi - January 20, 2007 04:52 AM (GMT)
Teferi gave a small grin using his staff to make his way to them. "If you have no problems then I must insist you allow me ask the questions required and you answer them accordingly." His grin would be welcoming to most but he was man of the law and the law changed this to an inquisitive interrogation. This dark complexion was smooth and his robes gave a mix between a foolish academic and the serious worker. Depending on the mood he could be either, but right now he was a layed back investigator playing the foolish academic look.

Pulling out forth a smile he glanced at both of them then started rambling on his duty, "I am an Official Court Mage of Lomedor and I am here to settle the piece without violence. You all seem to be beautiful young women and I see no need to end a good day on a bad note you know." His hand extended out to shake either womans hand keeping himself as polite as possible for the moment.

Not that Teferi's mind tended to wander at the moment, but it did. *How amazing is it two women...both of reasonable stature and proportions... Be in this ally but we must be a gentleman Teferi lets not disappoint.* Teferi thought with a chuckle as if he had stared off into space. It was interesting concept and scenario he was playing out, but they would never work out and resulting in one of four choices.

A.) Be slapped and accidentally offend one of the ladies....presumably the lady with the blade to cut him open.

B.) They would leave and ignore him pressing charges staining his name as a pervert and a lecher.

C.) Be hurled into a never ending hell of throat scratching pain.

D.) He would actually be successful, and not able to escape their clutches....

Well a man could dream couldn't he. As long as they had no idea of the thoughts he had as he was concentrating on them and their current situation. Threnody bless him if he managed to invoke a womans scorn, furry, wrath, well anything that implies the agony of eternal to near nigh ending yelling. Oooh twas a tangle web he had woven if one of those women could break his barrier of concentration and read his thoughts.

Jasmine - January 20, 2007 05:15 AM (GMT)
Standing there rather tense the other man spoke again before the women did. Jasmine had thought he would have simply left but he continued to stay nearby. As he spoke his voice was calm, "If you have no problems then I must insist you allow me ask the questions required and you answer them accordingly."

Jasmine stood there for a moment unsure how to answer to this. She was about to ask what right he had to interfere when he spoke yet again, "I am an Official Court Mage of Lomedor and I am here to settle the piece without violence. You all seem to be beautiful young women and I see no need to end a good day on a bad note you know." Shocked at this Jasmine felt more at ease. A this she began to wonder what kind of power he had within Lomedor...perhaps he would know what to do? When the man reached his hand out in welcome Jasmine did the same."Greetings, my name is Jasmine, i am a paladin from another land. I believe this women to have stabbed one of the guards of Lomedor, if you were to check her blade I think you will find blood. I was about to suggest that she turn herself in for judgment." She responded. Taking her eyes away from the other women for a second she glanced at the man. He had dark skin and no hair. He seemed strange but not in a bad way. All that was left now was to wait for either one of them to respond.

Chrono - January 20, 2007 08:33 AM (GMT)
"I am an Official Court Mage of Lomedor and I am here to settle the piece without violence. You all seem to be beautiful young women and I see no need to end a good day on a bad note you know." The man had said.

"Thats just great. Now not only do I have some girl telling me I should turn myself in, but I also have a court mage to deal with too. Just my luck."

"Greetings, my name is Jasmine, i am a paladin from another land. I believe this women to have stabbed one of the guards of Lomedor, if you were to check her blade I think you will find blood. I was about to suggest that she turn herself in for judgment."

"If you have to know then I guess you can call me Chrono. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I hope we won't be seeing much of eachother. As for Jasmine over there. I just want you to know that turning myself in for judgment is out of the question. If you think you can make me then you better be ready to have a hard time doing so." Her hand moved to her sword. Should this turn for the worst she would have to be ready.

Jasmine - January 20, 2007 08:59 AM (GMT)
Turning her eyes back to the women she had at last spoken. Her words calm but a bit tense, "If you have to know then I guess you can call me Chrono. Please don't take this the wrong way, but I hope we won't be seeing much of each other. As for Jasmine over there. I just want you to know that turning myself in for judgment is out of the question. If you think you can make me then you better be ready to have a hard time doing so."

So her name was Chrono Jasmine thought as she stood there without moving. Jasmine had also heard that she wasn't going to turn herself in either. Jasmine wasn't really puzzled by this she wasn't expecting her to turn herself in that eaisly. As she thought that however she saw Chrono reach for her sword. Jasmine not wanting this to come to blows put her hand up to show that she wasn't reaching for her weapon.

"Why do you not turn yourself in, the man did not die I'm sure that any judgement would not be that severe, do you want to be one the run for the rest of your life on something that could have been delt with quickly?" Jasmine asked trying to get Chrono to change her mind. As she spoke Jasmine took a step forward keeping her hands up the entire time. She didn't want Chrono to think she was in danger. When in danger people tend to act foolish and that was the last thing that she would want to happen. She just hoped that Chrono would listen to reason.

Chrono - January 20, 2007 09:18 AM (GMT)
So her name was Chrono She smirked. The thought wasn't anything she really needed, but the art of mind reading was sort of rare her in arda. It could work in her favor. "Why do you not turn yourself in, the man did not die I'm sure that any judgement would not be that severe, do you want to be one the run for the rest of your life on something that could have been delt with quickly?" The girl took a step forward. Chrono did not remove her hand from her sword. This Jasmine might not have her hands on he weapon but who knows what kind of magic she might have. It was time to speak.

"You know just because I said you could call me Chrono doesn't mean that it is my name." The power of mind reading. You have to love it." And trust me when I say this, but I'll only be on the run for most of the day. then the guards will give up and move on. Also I'm no fool. Just because you have your hands up doesn't mean you can't just use magic."

"It also doesn't mean that you don't have any friends around.
She thought at she took one step back. She could always just teleport away, but that was just the easy way out. She never liked the easy way.

Jasmine - January 20, 2007 09:51 AM (GMT)
Jasmine stopped again. Chrono had taken a step back and no Jasmine was running thin on options. She couldn't believe that this women wouldn't listen to her logic. But after all you can't force someone to do so. WHen she spoke Jasmine listened closely, "You know just because I said you could call me Chrono doesn't mean that it is my name, and trust me when I say this, but I'll only be on the run for most of the day. then the guards will give up and move on. Also I'm no fool. Just because you have your hands up doesn't mean you can't just use magic."

as Jasmine thought about it she was beginning to make much more sense. Even though she thought it was wrong it wasn't something she could force on a person if they weren't ready. She also realized that she was right to believe that she was still a threat considering magic, at least she didn't know she only had a minor healing spell. Jasmine took a step back as well and dropped her hands. She had a feeling that she wasn't going to get her way this time and that this women was stronger then she was letting on to be, no matter how much she wanted. And she wasn't going to break the law to get her judgement passed on her.

"Fine, leave in peace, I cannot force you to atone for your past mistakes, but sooner or later your going to have to deal with it, and I might not be there to help you through it" Jasmine stated. As she finished her thoughts then turned to the other man. What would he think of this? Would he allow her to leave? What would he try and do if he didn't? Should she help if he tries to hold her here? Either way Jasmine wondered what would become of Chrono.

Chrono - January 20, 2007 10:38 AM (GMT)
"Fine, leave in peace, I cannot force you to atone for your past mistakes, but sooner or later your going to have to deal with it, and I might not be there to help you through it"

"What makes you think you could help me in the first place? In fact what gives you the right to? Your right though. I will have to deal with them later, but what I do now I must do without any second thoughts. I bid you good day." She turned as she finnished her words. Only to meet the blade of a guard who had managed to sneak up on her. "How the hell? Was all she got in before teleporting the side. "Alright buddy your just going to wast my time. I'll let my friends deal with you while I heal this." she said pointing to the wound the guard had givin her. Four small monsters appeared out of a puff of smoke. They charged and began the slow process of ripping him apart. "Heal" blue sparks danced across the wound and soon healed it. "I didn't think you were one for tricks Jasmine." She told her. Her glaring eyes threatening to pierce the younger looking girl.

Teferi - January 20, 2007 11:07 PM (GMT)
As the women exchanged words it seemed that Jasmine had been seen that Jasmine was not wanting to fight while Chrono was on edge. Teferi would have replied and tried to stop Chrono and work her situation out with her, but a guard rushed behind wounding her. "You sop in the name of....." Before he could tell the Guadrd off fully Chrono sicked these menacing frights forming around them.

His eyes bulged as he saw this man being devoured like a pack of wolves upon a lone sheep. The Guards eyes could be seen in frightful tears under his helm, and he could not fight against the numbers. Flesh stretched and tore away under sharp cutting teeth. Blood now stained the ground where a skeleton was now replacing the man. The Beasts jaws chomped and drooled awaiting Chrono's word. What would he do..... she was clearly threatened by the guard and injured unjustly. She had the right to defend herself, but she went overboard. Teferi could not help but think something was wrong here. His mind in one second thought of all of the possibilities then Chrono made an eye shot at Jasmine threatening.

Making up his mind he mumbled incantations letting him lift his staff and the blue mana's aura circle him and give him a glow. The Strengthen spell helped him before maybe now it would save others. The Steel staff plummeted to the and pieced the stone cobble ground as it fell. It stayed implanted into the ground sending cracks drifting in every angle imaginable. "NO MORE VIOLENCE!" He boomed letting his voice carry and sting their ears. His attitude had changed no longer was he the cheery Teferi they met there before, no he was Teferi the stern and focused. His eyes were not that welcoming place anymore, they stung, and scratched at any persons mind who dared to stare inside. One man died when not needed, and he still had no answers.

"Chrono I promise you immunity if you come with me and explain the situation....Jasmine I will charge you with attempt to prevent the law if you say other wise.....I want to get to the bottom of this.....there is obviously more to this than anyone will let on." He spat moving closer stepping between both.

Jasmine - January 21, 2007 12:22 AM (GMT)
Jasmine was shocked. Before she could do anything so much and happened. The man lay dead and the smell was horrible. What ever those creatures were they had eaten the man more quickly then she could react to the problem. What is this girl Jasmine began to think as she tried to process everything. Not only that but the man that was behind her finally spoke to the situation. "Chrono I promise you immunity if you come with me and explain the situation....Jasmine I will charge you with attempt to prevent the law if you say other wise.....I want to get to the bottom of this.....there is obviously more to this than anyone will let on."

Jasmine was unsure of what was happening. She had only just arrived and she was mixed up in some sort of leagle matter. And what kind of court mage would pomise immunity to someone who had just committed a crime. He had also said something about charging her was an attempt to prevent law. What kind of world lets murders walk free and innocents charged with a crime She thought as she turned around to look at the man. Looking into his eyes she could see that he no longer looked pleasant. His gaze held no fear for her though.

Keeping her cool and talking in a clam voice she began to speak,"What are you talking about, how can you promise something...no wait Why would you promise something like that, she has just killed this man and you speak of charging me with preventing law, I would do no such thing"

As she stood there she showed no sign of frustration. She knew that if the laws were just in this land like hers there would be no major problem. She just hoped that the laws were just in this land.

Chrono - January 21, 2007 03:37 AM (GMT)
"Chrono I promise you immunity if you come with me and explain the situation....Jasmine I will charge you with attempt to prevent the law if you say other wise.....I want to get to the bottom of this.....there is obviously more to this than anyone will let on."

What kind of world lets murders walk free and innocents charged with a crime?

Chrono didn't even listen to the next thing Jasmine had said. She was far to busy laughing. "I'm sorry but its just so funny! I mean you think this world is fair and just? You need to get out more sister!" She took a deep breath before starting again. "Things like this happen every day. If you don't know that then let me ask. What do you know? From your own personal Experience please." She knew that she wouldn't get a very good answer. At least she thinks she knows that. Her monsters vanished with a wave of her right hand.

Jasmine - January 21, 2007 05:53 AM (GMT)
Jasmine continued to stand rooted to the spot. She wasn't sure what was going on anymore. Then Chrono began laughing then spoke and made things even more complicated, "I'm sorry but its just so funny! I mean you think this world is fair and just? You need to get out more sister, things like this happen every day. If you don't know that then let me ask. What do you know? From your own personal Experience please."

The thing that got her the most was that she hadn't said anything about the world being fair and just, she had thought something like that. Jasmine's eyes opened wide with shock of what she had just figured out, She can read minds. Realizing that she was again think she tried her best to not think about everything.

She had also asked what she knew...from her own personal experiences. She had grown up in a completely different place. Things like this still happened but it was far from an everyday occurrence. Trying to think of something to say in response she began to think of what the man would do. Once again they were talking and he was being ignored at the moment.

"All you need know is that where I come from things like this aren't an everyday thing, this is in fact only my first day in Ea." Jasmine responded. "As for my personal experiences, there just that...personal"

Chrono - January 21, 2007 09:56 AM (GMT)
"Well I can respect that, but if your going to be here for a while then your better get used to stuff like this. If you don't then all you are is,"She teleported close behind Jasmine and wispered,"Fresh meat." Teleporting back she turned her attention to Teferi.

"Just so you know. I don't think you have enough power to do that by yourself.Chrono points to the cracks in the ground."So I'm sure you used the strengthen spell on yourself. I wouldn't get any Ideas if I were you. After all, who knows what kind of magic I use."

( :grr: Short post. My brain is dying.)

Teferi - January 21, 2007 11:11 AM (GMT)
Teferi tired of the petty bickering of wrong or right and with a hipping snap of words he cut in , "Both of you children stop with the petty stabs and warring of who is wrong or right. The world is balanced by an everyday stir of events. Just to you is not Just to another." He stared at Chrono deeply with a cold chilling anger, "What is seemingly precious to you is worthless to another." Now giving the same look to jasmine he told her, "What is fair can always be interpreted as being wrong." Taking to himself looking up, "As for experience....we condemn the innocent everyday....let the evil get away everyday. It is because this world is balanced with chaos. Our ideals do not mesh. We a brain washed stream of men , women, and other things who believe we have a purpose."

He took a breath glaring at the sun letting his mind settle before he continued with a heavy assault of words again, "We are nothing unless a deity or a higher being says otherwise.....of course we can become stronger, but we will never be noticed by all, cared by all, redeemed by all because we are just in this waiting ocean of now and death." His hands clenched he sighed and rested his eyes softly on both of them. "Stubbornness....anger...yelling..What is it for to you? What do you do this for? Why is it important for you to do this to others. If Life is the greatest miracle to be respected then would one of you Justify your actions of reaping from that miracle." His breaths slowed now he was gaining more control of his outburst. "You think I like what I do. I judge and sentence people to death or imprisonment all because what a book says is a just fair system. Truth is there is no such thing as a fair system or a free government because to survive there are laws to put us in our place." Teferi leaned on the wall now, "Nature is this way. Limitations are laws like mortality, disease, death. These are all laws that must be followed. Like every law you can cheat it and run it to the ground until you are caught. Gods do not follow this which is why I ask you have you ever seen a truly happy deity. They have fair and just. They have everything you want and desire, but are they happy?" He let this question sit for a while as his emotions stirred.

"I say no because they have nothing to compare with. They are perfect and that is their flaw perfection. What is the reason to move on everything is a game so fair is just a term of what they feel makes sense for their majority not us who believe differently. I pity the gods...I pity all of them for they do not get the exhilaration of any breath being the last..They cannot love, lust, fee each other like we can. They can not understand the concept of why we become so emotional at the birth of a child. It is creating something of love and watching all of that grow and blossom." Walking forward one step he glanced over at jasmine and softly stated, "What is fair.....what you believe or the law?" Glancing at Chrono he smiled, "what is experience a series of useless moments or life actually lived and fulfilled?" Taking his final breath before ending his speech he said, "Tell me that you two are even better than each other i will laugh. You are both sisters of life despite your race as I be your brother. We share a world and if we work together for happiness maybe we can have a moment of it and die happily in the grasp of times ticking hand. maybe we can understand Why."

Jasmine who was becoming a bit tired leaned up against the building that was nearest. After listening to his speech Jasmine was at a lost. She wasn't sure what to do anymore. She was still healed strong with her beliefs that couldn't change but she was unsure about a few other things. So much had happened already. She was beginning to fell lightheaded from it all. He first day here had been completely crazy. She wondered if this tended to happen to others who just arrived. Standing up straight again Jasmine spoke up, "So what is to happen now?

"What is to happen is for Chrono tells us why and for what reasons she had done what she has done." He slowly spoke clearing his throat in the process then focusing a strong glare around them. "There is much we need to know, and I rather not like I stated previously end the day on the bad note. The man who died I will have to take him to the nearest Cleric and revive his soul.....I can yes save him by order and decree of the curts I must." His hand yanked away at his staff pulling it free then focusing a eye on Chrono he lended her a welcoming hand, "Please now if you may......please enlighten us with your ideas and purpose of acts."
