Ronin - January 12, 2007 01:51 AM (GMT)
Tap. Tap. Tap.

The sound reverberated off the multiple book shelves and walls, and could be heard throughout the library. Along with it came the soft padding of bare feat against the stone floor. These sounds were generated from the figure of a man walking without a care through the shelves of knowledge. He was tall, and had a great deal of shaggy hair comming from the top of his head, descending to the hollow of his back. A rough trimmed beard lay on his chin, and two silver orbs gazed sightless from their sockets.

Ronin knew where he was by the smell of the place. The scent ancient paper, wood, and parchment surrounded him. He also knew, by sound, that he was reaching the end of a row of books. He stopped at an estimated distance of three feat from the end. He was actualy five feat away, but distances did not matter much to him.

Ronin listened for a moment, trying to detect the sound of a breath, or movement of paper. None reached his ears. Pleased, Ronin continued, feeling for a table and chairs. Hsi hadn came into contact with the woodne back of a seat, and he manuvered himself into it.

"And now...I sit." he murmured to himself.

Musa Saphire - January 30, 2007 03:29 AM (GMT)
Musa walked into a library a place where her mind could wander freely the scent of books reached her and she smiled. Storys yearing to be read. She walked through the isles strokeing nearly every spine of nearly every book. The feeling of parchment on her fingers was familiar. The library was very quiet so she assumed she was alone, but she was wrong, she turned the corner to find a man sitting in a chair reading. Her breath stopped because of the sudden jolt and she straightened up. Getting to make new friends to her was always an option so she sat next to him. She smiled.

"Hi."

Silvaris - February 11, 2007 02:42 AM (GMT)
Lothemadel walked in pleased into the magnificent library. The smell of old parchment was in the air. He walked to the summoning section and picked up a scroll of lesser monster summoning. He approached a small desk, right next to a nice women greeting herself to a man. He smiled to himself and tapped his staff to the ground. The sprung up dimly from the tip, illuminating the scroll in front of him.

He sat their and skimmed it. After reading the main points of this summoning properties scroll, he decided to test out some of the new properties he could apply to summon lesser monster or summon lesser shadow. He schetched the appropiate runes in the air. The mettallic blue runes, written in arcane, read, "Oh, Stunted Moon Gryhphon, come to me in service. Fight my battles, protect me at all costs. Through the blood bondage of Agatonnoma, you will be bonded to serve and obey. Come ye now and spring forth this magic circle!" When Lothemadel spoke these words in the arcane tounge, the circle glowed violently and a five foot by three foot moon gryphon apeared with a screech. He jumped and instanly commanding it silence itself, he didn't want his magical studies to inturupt the two people.
