Astra hadn't been out of Estalod for a long time, in fact she'd barely been outside, and now as soon as she stepped through the door she had to shield her eyes from the sudden light that shone from above, after a few moments of blinking she got used to the light and walked on looking around. The place had changed a bit since she was last out, most of the people were indoors and those that weren't were probably hurrying to do so, muttering about the cold as they went. Astra could almost laugh at the thought of them shivering in several layers and her wearing only very thin phoenix-silk and barely feeling a thing.
She pulled one of her gloves higher up her arm as it slipped down slightly and went on exploring the places she hadn't been to yet.

Captian InSaNo wandering aimlessly was just looking for some excitement to create. Just wandering for a few weeks now has goten old to him but there was no other option for him there was no other place around. So he found Estalod and there was nobody realy around probobly in their houses feeding their faces thought InSaNo. But then in the distance he sees something that he doesnt recognise right away but he tries to squint to see what it is. All he knows that its a female of some sort dressed all in red. She looks a big represenative of fire. He has been threw a fire or two in his days so he knows not to get her too angery or if he does then he shouldnt play around to much with her anger.
He walks to the distance trying to stalk her to find out just how she is. If she would be a good first meal in Estolad. He knows how short fuses most people have who represent anything dealing with fire. But because he knows he is not the only one with sences too he took out his sword incase of random attack by her. He stays behind her peaking behind her from the buildings or behind trees. When it came to open places he would just have to use his judgement.
As he is sneeking around he notices another man around hoping he wouldnt look that way. Then the man did look and notices his aquard pale skin at the moment because InSaNo hasnt feed on someone in a while now. Captian InSaNo could not take risks when it would come to this sneeking. Especialy when it would come to somebody as risky or at least he thought she might be a risky foe. But InSaNo just ran at this person at full speed. Because of his vampuric abilities he ran so fast the person just seen him as a blur. Then he was behind the man now. He wispered in his ear "If you want to breath one more breth then stay silent". He started screeming as loud as he could so InSaNo shoved his sword into the mans lungs. There were only gasps now so Captain InSaNo took his first meal and hoped that the woman would not come around the corner. He bit and sucked the blood as fast as he could and just threw him into the little bit of forestation that he seen. InSaNo now went back to his corner and peaked past the building and seen nothing but heard foot steps so he stood still waiting for this woman to pop by the corner so he kept out his sword, and prepared for the worst.
Astra stopped suddenly and looked behind her, she was getting that same feeling she was being followed again, but these days she tended to ignore it as she felt it nearly all the time. She wandered on again drawing as little attention to herself as possible, which was hard when you stuck out like a sore thumb in a village of people with mostly brown or blonde hair, however nobody spared her a second glance. The breeze picked up slightly and the few people about shivered and clutched their coats closer to themselves, Astra however had to conceal a smug grin and pretend to shiver herself.
Without any warning however a scream penetrated the quiet air but was quickly cut off, everybody still out, including Astra froze and immediatly ran in the opposite direction. Astra however just stayed where she was. And backed up against a wall, at least whatever had caused the man to scream wasn't going to sneak up on her.
Calm down, she told herself it probably doesn't even know your here.
Astra stayed where she was listening to her own breathing, just about everyone in the immediate area had probably run into their houses or gone to fetch the guards but Astra doubted they'd be of much use, not that she'd be able to do any better.
Astra, however, felt her overly-apparent curiosity take over and she wanted to see just what had caused the scream. Maybe if nobody saw her this time she might actually get away with it. She walked off the wall and relaxed, at that point flames sprouted from her back forming into a pair of wings, the fire faded revealing a mass of scarlet and gold feathers, Astra flapped them briefly having not used them for weeks and took off over the rooftops and glided over the village, it felt good to be out in the air again with the wind on her face, she didn't know how she could have lived without it.
She glided downwards and settled in the middle of the road looking about, there didn't appear to be anybody around and she was sure that the scream had come from this direction. She gave up and felt like flying off again until an idea sprung into her mind, she looked about and glided into the air hovering just above one of the roofs looking down into the street hoping whatever it was came out.
[color= red]Captain InSaNo heard the pattering of the footsteps so he drew his sword with almost no noice what so ever. The foot steps whent from a walking to a running. Damn thought InSaNo she must of heard the guy screaming. InSaNo ran without thought of where to go just a place to hide for the right moment. The foot steps stoped he sighed from holding his breath. What was up next was what he hoped that she could not do. The foot steps ended and he heard big wooshes. He was back by the body and he also wanted to draw her in without notice of him. So Captain InSaNo cleaverly took the body threw it into the middle of the street enough so hopefuly that she could see the body, but it had to enough that it wasnt noticeable from where she was before.
With the body where it is not he took the position of where the body was before. He had brushed some leavs on him to create a camaflage effect. He kept his eyes to the sky to see if she was looking for him. He seen her with wings as red as fire. InSaNo still had his sword out from before so he was ready as ever. THe woman seen the body InSaNo was wandering if she was going to swoop by and inspect the body giving Captain InSaNo a perfect chance or not so he waited there to see just what the fate of this woman would be.
