The staff and I have noticed a disturbing increase in the amount of what we consider spam in the help and suggestions and sometimes reviews forums, so we've had to introduce a semi-new disclaimer to the rules. In the Must Read Before You Post Anything topic that is pinned in the Help forum there are additional rules that apply there about guessing answers to questions and giving incorrect help. At the bottom it now says if you are found to be repeatedly doing these things or anything else we consider spam / inappropriate, we will be forced to restrict your ability to reply to topics in that forum. It's something we've done in the past with the Suggestions forum and may use in other places if they become problems. You'll still be able to start your own topics in the help forum if you have questions, but you won't be able to reply to anything there, even your own topics. It's an inconvenience, but if it comes to the point that we have to make restrictions, then what must be done will be done.
